Purpose of the role
To help provide an effective and efficient administration service for
Citizens Advice Leeds.

For this role we are looking for volunteers who can offer a minimum
of 4 hours per week.

Main duties and activities may include:
• General administrative duties such as photocopying, filing,
scanning, typing & data entry.
• Receiving telephone calls and face-to-face queries from staff and volunteers.
• Booking client appointments using online booking systems.
