Campaigns

Through our advice work we often identify issues that are affecting large numbers of people. By gathering this evidence and working with the national Citizens Advice network, we're able to influence policy changes that benefit wider society. For example, our research and campaigning work has helped bring about stronger regulation of payday loans and the recent banning of letting agents' fees.
